We’re Shrey and Isheeta – slomads (slowly travel the world, taking in the vibe and culture of each place and staying in each place for at least a few weeks). We are full-time professionals, world travellers and adventure seekers. Based in Vancouver (Canada), we have been on a mission to explore the world while working full-time remotely since 2018 🌍 Join us as we work, wander, and explore one destination at a time!
About Us
We’re a tech-driven couple who have been working and traveling remotely for over five years, seamlessly balancing full-time careers with an insatiable love for exploration. Having lived and worked across all 7 continents, we’ve mastered the art of maintaining high-performance careers while experiencing the world in a way that’s both luxurious and practical.
While we love to travel and maintain a structured 9-to-5, we have embraced slow travel. It is the key to finding the perfect balance between work and exploration without taking the leap into full-time nomadism. By staying in one place for an extended period, we immerse ourselves in the local culture, build deeper connections, and truly experience a destination beyond the tourist hotspots. This approach allows us to avoid burnout, maintain job stability, while still feeding our wanderlust. It gives us the flexibility to work from inspiring locations, whether it’s a cozy café in Europe, a beachside coworking space in Australia, or a mountain retreat in South America.
Through our travel stories, curated itineraries, and practical tips, we aim to help blend work with travel so that you don’t have to quit your job to live a life full of adventure.
